By accessing and using Hudable, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive community environment, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
  • Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Spam or engage in excessive promotional activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Hudable. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Platform Content

All content and materials available on Hudable, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Hudable.

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Hudable offers various subscription plans for group owners. All subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.

Cancellations

After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for partial months. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Upgrades and Downgrades

When upgrading, the difference will be prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Limitation of Liability

Hudable is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
